Player's Complaint

For some reason I started playing at the German site of winny.com. When I saw they had a finnish site, I tryed depositing there. I only deposited 20€ because I had a small feeling that this might happen. So the money went on the account, but it wouldn't let me in. How can that be even possible? Shouldn't be?? Well I automaticly asked to withdraw it. The casino advertises extremely clearly that they ALWAYS process payments WITHIN 4 hours. Its been 80 Hours now since I first asked for the money to be returned. So 3,5 DAYS! I am not being properly served at the casino. Sometimes they just hang up the chat, they keep repeating copy paste sentences, and that my case is being looked into, but 3,5 days later, nothing. Now I've been even temporarely restricted entrance to the casino for an (obviously unthought) comment that I made. After being treated seriously rudely and neglected countless times, and official documents weren't approvedz I finally sent my tax card coz i had no other choice. After this I (displaying my frustration) (not threatening) said that "if my tax card won't do it, I will steal a plane and strangle everyone" :/. I know.. Didn't think it through, but there is no legitimate reason to take that as a serious threat :D especially the way I wrote it. This happened on 4.4. But yeah.. 80 freaking hours! I have also informed Malta police, because they clearly advertize "ALWAYS within 4 hours" but clearly that is not the case. This cam't be allowed to advertize so and act completely otherwise. The word "always" doesn't leave room for accidents or special occations.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. Winny has blocked my account and refuse to pay me my about 120€-130€ cashback. They harassed me for 5 days, and when I finallay breaked, they blocked my access. And how long do you suggest that I wait for money transfer, when the operator CLEARLY advertises that it takes MAXIMUM 4 hours to transfer money?? How long should i give them if they break their own promises? It took 4 days to get the money!! And now I am blocked to receive my cashback! If you are not going to solve this so that I get the money from cash back, I have already contacted Finnish consulate and honorary consulate, and will receive legal help from them, so that I can bring the matter to court!
