Read our Woopio Casino Review.
I won €8756 on Woopio casino after depositing €300 and claiming the welcome bonus. I verified my account and it was confirmed as verified on 24th July. I then made 4 €1000 withdrawals to my crypto (Litecoin) account on the same day but they still haven’t paid. Ive been on live chat and was told it can take up to a week for them to approve withdrawals, since then, there is never anyone available on live chat and Ive tried almost every day. Almost 3 weeks have passed with no updates from them and no money paid. Im very worried that they are scammers and I stand to lose over €8k!!
Hi dubbytt40,
Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
Sorry we could not be of further help.

Hi dubbytt40 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Firstly, you've played with a casino claiming to be "licensed and regulated in Costa Rica by the Gambling Commission". To our knowledge, there is no Gambling Commission in Costa Rica. Costa Rica offers business licenses and it is illegal for any business registered in Costa Rica to offer gambling services to Costa Rican nationals, but beyond that there is no oversight of the sector.
You would be well advised to avoid any gambling operator who is based in Costa Rica.
While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
