As of October 2014 Palace VIP casino appears to have closed.

Palace VIP is a member venue of the iGlobal Media group of Playtech Casinos, a group of casinos that have been wholly owned by the BWin/Party Gaming group for a number of years now. This company – up until recently - has been unwilling to engage with dispute mediation but appears to slowly be changing their stance.

All six of the reviewers who work regularly for this site hold accounts with Bwin and report no problems.

The Bwin/Party group extend to cover Bwin and Party casino alongside the Cashcade group that is made of up several WagerWorks casinos like At The Races and Get Minted and the iGlobal Media group that owns several Playtech casinos.

All of these casino have a strict policy of not discussing player complaints and as such have a poor reputation at many of the major player communities.

Alongside their refusal to discuss player complaints, they have a very poor reputation with affiliates due to changing the terms of their contracts and retroactively enforcing them on current affiliates.

Palace VIP casino restrict the maximum withdrawal for their progressive jackpots and enforce a minimum activity clause meaning that you will not receive the instalments of your winnings unless you continue to play with them.

In late 2014 a situation came to light where an affiliate was found to be hacking into other sites and posting their gambling links on these sites without the owners knowledge or permission. This activity is clearly illegal and unethical. The majority of casinos that were receiving traffic from this affiliate closed the affiliate's accounts upon finding out what the affiliate was doing, however some casinos chose to ignore that the traffic coming from this affiliate was generated via illegal activity and continue to work with this individual.
