I got some winnings then I was spending slot I decided to close my account ..somebody from the casino rang me and I was assured I would still receive my winnings. Ialso received an email saying I was verified and passed the verification then i got an email saying I wasn’t verified and requested can additional document I provided it that second - and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my winnings which I won fair and square and still haven’t received. I got one response from the casino (despite repeatedly trying to get in touch ) that read
“Hi [EDIT],
Your pending withdraw is under review, and you will be soon updated about it form our Financial department.

and that’s it - nothing since then ! I’m verified I won without a bonus and those restraints - but they won’t pay up! Please help

Firstly I need to make you aware that 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and are breaking UK law when they accept your play. You should only be playing with UK licensed operators!
Secondly, 14Red are part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site, so they are very unlikely to respond to this complaint.
I'll contact the operator and let you know what we hear.
