Hello, I've been a member of 18bet for a while now and I've always liked playing at their casino even though I haven't won anything until last month. Last month I was lucky enough to make a deposit of 200eur (received 150 in bonus funds) and played Thunderstruck from Microgaming which leaded into winning 13k EUR which made be extremely happy. The 18bet support team asked me to send documents, which I did, after a few days my first withdrawal was paid out ( 1846 eur to be exact) so I kept on playing and tried my luck and it was a pleasure to play at a casino that I thought was actually legit. I placed my second withdrawal about a week ago and I received an e-mail from the support team saying : " Dear [EDIT], We would like to inform you that due to technical issues your withdrawal request will be processed with a delay. We are doing our best to fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.Thank you for your patience in advance!" so I said to myself "Ok, I can understand that and it's not something to worry about" and I kept on playing and having fun....
However, this morning, I received another e-mail with the title "Account Closure" and I'll copy that here quickly :
"Dear [EDIT],
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is has been in use by another account.
You may refer to the "Player Registration
