I've just seen your posts on our forum. There is a large red banner on the top of every page on the forum making very clear that we do not allow complaints to be posted on the forums. If you have a complaint this is the appropriate place to deal with it.

If you repeat this behaviour your complaint will be closed.

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
