I've registered in 1bet.com 30 June, deposited 100 eur and placed bets on World CUp won and requested withdrawal. They asked documents, I've sent it immediately. Than they asked photo my ID with my face - no problem, immediately done. Than I've received message that my account verified and received my money to my Skrill account (1152 eur). After they offered promotion for Champions League matches. I've claimed it and deposited 1000 eur. Got 300 eur bonus. Than I've completed rollover requirement. They have two balances: bonus and real money. Bonus was about 92 eur and real money about 2000eur. After all money was transferred to real balance I continued to play and my balance was about 3500 eur. I've requested 2000 eur withdrawal and received e-mail from them that I must send them A notarized identity verification. I've answered, that it is not free, and that my account already verified. But they told that I must send them. The same day I made notarized copy of my passport (paid money for it) and sent them. Then they asked photo of me, holding my ID document (it has been already done 2 month ago) I immediately sent them new photo. Than they locked my account and told that is is under revision. Today I've received only 920 eur withdrawal and this e-mail:
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.

Are they serious? 3 month gone and they said that I have the same IP. First withdrawal was processed and everything was ok. Why the asked notarized documents? I paid money for nothing?
