1xBit - withheld bonuses for no reason

Player's Complaint
1xbit offers a monday reload bonus for its customers, but every monday when i would deposit and try to claim the bonus, it would not get credited to my account. They repeatedly denied it was their fault or error, when the finally did admit it was due to their own error, they refused to credit my account with the bonus which they'd mistakenly denied me.
They also did not credit my account with the "cashback" on account balance that should have given me at least 20 mbt last two weeks. instead i got nothing

Hi hotttpocket,
Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no relevant response to this complaint. At this stage I have no reasonable expectations of this changing.
