They blocked my account when I won good amount 58380 INR on 10 sept... And earlier when I won money on 9th about 23000 they paid but on the day I again won.. They blocked my account.. And didn't paid my money... Kindly plzz help me I have all the proofs

Plzz help me guys it's been a more than a month I haven't received my money 58380 INR 22bet has been bullying me.. And from 11sept there security department is just ignoring my mails I have mailed them more than 100 times I'm getting no response.. They blocked my account after taking my documents.. And mailed me that we are not collaborataing with you anymore and we have blocked your account and they also mentioned in their mail your balance would be refunded.. And said regarding blocking of account your mails will be from now onwards ignored... This was the last time in the night they mailed me on 10 Sept... After that I have got no information or reply from them and I still haven't received my money... This is just seriously a crime and scamming against me.. And if I'm contacting Their customer staff they reply after many days and only say one thing kindly mail security department regarding it.. They are just blaming them and are being safe sided and ignoring my query and not helping me this is just too much
Specifically what reason have the operator given for their actions?
They are saying I had violated there terms and conditions... So they blocked my account.. But they agreed to me that my balance would be refunded .. But it's been a month I haven't had any response or my money.. I'm not objecting for blocking I just want my money coz it was hard earned..

I had made two accounts by mistakely with same email house address mobile no etc .. I had deposited from my second account won money on 9th September about 23000 they immediately paid me without any interrogation etc.. They thought I will lose that money but on the other day I deposited 5000 inr and won about 58000 then they started to enquire and rejected my withdrawal.. They asked for my KYC documents.. I gave it all.. After receiving that.. They asked me why you made two accounts.. I said it was by mistake nothing else if I would had made it with another reason I wouldn't had used my details address etc.. They said Okk fine .. Then I received their last email on the 10 Sept night...

My complaint is that I just want my balance money that's it I'm not objecting blocking of my account etc.. Just pay me my money... And their terms and conditions also mentions that customer balance would be refunded so they are liable to pay my money... You can check their terms...

I had deposited from both my accounts.. But never claimed any bonus.. I have deposited and withdrawed from both accounts.. But my first account was bymistakely closed or logouted by me and after that I was not able to login I tried infinite times.. so I made second account with my same email address and other details which was used previously... This is my situation.. The reason is that I won 58380 INR so they are behaving like this.. And troubling me.. Otherwise earlier when I won 23000 from my second account for the first time they immediately paid me...
The POGG team it's gonna be almost 2 months now registering a complain here.. Kindly help me you are not explaining me anything I still don't know if you chatted with the 22bet operator regarding my complaint or not .. Plzz proceed fast.. Now you know whole my situation and case.. Plzz don't waste my time and help me to get my money .. It was hard earned money.. 22bet are liable to pay me my money.. I have already readed their terms and conditions properly it clearly states that if a player makes two accounts for whatever reasons.. It will be blocked and customers balance would be refunded.. It's simple as that.. I just want my balance money I'm asking within my rights.. And they had also mailed me the last time on 10 Sept balance money would be refunded.. So I just want my money 22 bet... You can't do fraud with me and scam me.. It's a serious crime....
Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Okk dear POGG team I knew.. this company would never give a response to you guys.. I just want you to not close this complaint.. Let all the users see How 22bet behaves... And doesn't pay money [EDIT] and never respond to complaints [EDIT]... If I don't receive my money.. I will definitely share my complaint everywhere and expose 22bet badly..

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
