99 Slot Machines - Not being paid
Ruling
Found for the Player - Despite an initially promising discussion, 99 Slot Machines have become completely non-communicative and offer no response to repeated attempts to find out more about this issue. As such we have no choice but to view this as a basic case of non-payment and as such the Real Vegas group of casinos has been moved to Blacklist status.

Player's Complaint
On 27th January 14, I requested a payout of $500 from 99 Slot Machines casino. When I tried to find out from live chat when I would be paid I kept getting told that "it is in process" but they could not tell me when I would be paid, but constantly state that I will be paid. Their excuse is the high number of withdrawals being processed. I keep getting same response every time I contact them.
Thanks for trying to help.
My user name for that casino is [EDIT]
Thanks again [EDIT]
I live in Australia and have been contacting them weekly for at least 6 weeks, the last time being today.

Hi janicejm - thanks for getting in contact.
I've forwarded on a request to my contact at the Real Vegas group (the parent company for 99 Slot Machines) and will let you know as soon as I hear anything.
Thanks
