Found for the Casino - Player submitted an expired passport and the casino are absolutely within their rights to decline to accept this.
Read our All British Casino Review.
Site requires several documents for verification purposes which is fine, but I do not possess an EU card or a driving licence so sent off my passport only for it to be refused as was a month out of date and wanted me to renew which I have no intention of doing until I am due to go on holiday next. For it being an 'ALL BRITISH' Casino, the several staff I spoke to are clearly not British and by the sounds of the background noise seems to be run by a load of eastern Europeans from their front room. Make sure if you do decide to deposit to also cover up the digits on the back of your bank card when verifying as would not trust the people running this set up at all. Always suspicious of sites who are willing to take your money without verification but then require it to withdraw, had I of bothered to read up first I would never of deposited. They are also convinced all casinos operate this way which is not the case. Had to leave remaining funds in account as refused to refund manually.

Hi onionring - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'm afraid that in this instance it's you who's incorrect. No casino will knowingly accept an out of date passport as a valid form of ID and while casinos do vary in when they ask for account verification All British would be in violation of their license if they do not adequately verify your identity. Unless there's a specific problem when you set up your account I'm aware of NO online casino that that has a policy of requesting ID before allowing you to deposit.
Regarding the ownership of All British casino, they are part of the Sarah Enterprises group. This group run a selection of casinos that target different geographical areas - All Irish, All Australian, Adler (Germany), Karl (Swedish and Finnish) - and as such the name relates to the market they're targeting and players who can receive bonuses (only UK players can receive bonuses at All British casino). The name has no relationship with the nationality of the owners.
If you're not prepared to submit valid government issued ID I'm afraid there's nothing that I can do to help you and while I do understand your frustration your accusations are extremely harsh given the situation.
If you do not have any government issued ID I would strongly advise you to only play with casinos that have already verified your identity. Even then it's possible you may be required to re-verify your account and as such could still run into trouble.
