I increased my deposit limit from £150 per month to £500 per month.on Thursday 5th March 2020 I received an email confirming this update.However from Friday 6th March until Sunday 9th March I have been able to deposit a total of £900. I had already deposited £150 in March prior to updating my limits so I thought I would only be able to deposit a further £350.
Surely this is breach of limits as I could still deposit more today if I wish

First email from them yesterday at 10:52am confirming they are looking into the matter. 2nd email at 12:30pm confirmed my limits.
3rd email at 12:42pm just said withdrawal request. Then a 4th email sent at 13:09pm was a bit long winded which basically said due to a singular technical error I was allowed to bet more than my £500 limit. A paragraph was a bit cheeky which said why did you bet more than you should have. They have reset my limits to £500 but apparently I need to contact them before i can deposit next month as deposit option will remain disabled till I speak to them.
I honestly believe it is only being escalated this quickly due to your involvement.
You guys do an amazing job and already got me money back last year with another operator.
