Celtic casino were given today as a deadline to offer a response to this issue.
What we've been told so far is that the operator believes that you were applying strategies to allow you to place bets on Live Baccarat with an advantage over the house. Some facets of what they describe may have been in contravention of the operator's terms. However, when asked to provide supporting evidence the Celtic casino rep has become entirely non-responsive.
Unfortunately Celtic Casino do not offer any information regarding who their regulator is so we can't direct you to somewhere else to review this issue.
