Cyber Club - No answer from casino

Found for the Player - Cyber Club casino failed to even offer even a courtesey response to our repeated attempts to contact them about this complaint. For a casino that are getting prominent exposure on some major affiliate sites, this is highly concerning behaviour. As such we strongly advise players to avoid Cyber Club casino.

Casino CYBER CLUB CASINO

Hello I was hoping to have your help with 2 withdraws I made from this casino please. I made lots of deposits to said casino over a month or so with no problems, casino worked well but kept getting an error code so emailed them twice about it but they never responded, which kind of put me on alert a little and I withdrew two amounts of £300 and £50 this was 29th April and it shows still just as pending in details. I tried to contact them via email a few more times to check on progress of withdraw, no answer to this either, live help had disappeared and I tried several times to call the telephone number provided but it just rang on.

First off apologies for the delayed response on this - it's been a very busy weekend.

I'll contact Cyber Club now and see what I can find out. Just to clarify, I assume your withdrawal was made on the 29th of March as the 29th of April has not yet come?

I've tried to reach out to Cyber Club casino twice this week and received no response so far. I'm going to continue to try for the next couple of weeks and will keep you updated regarding any success.

Hi fuzz,

I'm afraid to say that I've sent through my final request to Cyber Club casino for a response to this complaint. At this stage I'm not optomistic about getting a responce.

If I've not had a response by Friday, I'll close the complaint as 'Found for the Player' to alert other players to the issues with this casinos.

It's now Tuesday the 22nd of April and Cyber Club casino have offered no response what-so-ever to this complaint. As such I've no option but to mark this complaint as 'Found for the Player' and strongly advise all players to avoid Cyber Club casino.
