Found for the Casino - This player appears to have placed a bet that exceeds the maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

This casino claims that i breached their bonus betting amount and confiscated $2400 in winnings

They claim i bet 2x at $80.00 each spin

My account records show bets at 1.00 and .80 cents not once at this huge amount

They gave me the $20 i first depisited and offered to settle with me for $300. I refused to take the settlement and want them to pay me what i won can you help?

Thank you for your email. I can see from your screen shots that you were playing Buffalo Rising. This game includes a bonus buy feature that places a single bet of 100x your standard bet to automatically trigger the bonus feature:
