Player's Complaint
A trouble occurred on October 12th. There are two issues that are currently being ignored. This is a problem related to withdrawals and not reflected deposits.
First trouble.
I applied for withdrawal to the same account as the deposit, but an error occurred and it was rejected. The content is "You cannot withdraw to this account because it is not used for depositing."
I reported support for this issue, but I was told to wait until it was resolved.
So I suggested that the problem be resolved early. The content is "If I deposit a new minimum amount, can I withdraw it to that account?" The answer was yes, so I immediately deposited $ 20, which is pending and has not yet been reflected.
Therefore, at this time, the first withdrawal error is not resolved and the deposit is not reflected.
Subsequent support is very uncooperative and unpleasant. "Please wait for a while as we will contact you if the problem is resolved." This copy and paste alone will try to complete all replies.
Currently, my account balance is about 2500 USD and I am planning to apply for a withdrawal of 2000 USD.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
