Resolved - While it appears that Fairway casino a little longer than it should have to pay the player, the full balance was eventually returned.
The casino I wish to complain about is not on your drop down list. It is Fairwaycasino.com so I just selected 1 Ace Club in order to be able to submit the form. My username at Fairway casino is [EDIT].
In early Feb I won over 10k here just playing roulette with no bonuses - just cash funds. I submitted several withdrawals shortly afterwards but still I wait and wait and wait. It has now been nearly 3 months and they are not saying when I will be paid. It is much longer than their terms and conditions stipulate.

Can you tell me how much has been received and I'll compare this with Fairway's site guidance and see if I can chase this again and perhaps get the rest of the balance issued quicker?

I've had a chance to review the Fairway terms and conditions now and here's their rules on withdrawals instalments;
13.8 All withdrawals may be paid in instalments of €2,500, and each instalment can take between 5 and 15 business days. You will be notified when your withdrawals have been processed. Fairway Casino reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over a period of several weeks.
I received your email stating you had received the first instalment of €2500 on Friday the 25th. Now I'd always assume that the payments will be made in the longest possible time, so if you made a further withdrawal request on Friday the 25th, I would expect payment no later than Monday the 19th of May (given that the 15th business day actually falls on a Friday so there may be a delay over the weekend. There's also a UK bank holiday on the 5th of May which may delay payment by a day).
Can you confirm whether you've made a second withdrawal request and if so on what date?

I've had conformation from cubamatic that they are now receiving €2500/week and have just received the 3rd installment. Everything's progressing in the right direction.

cubamatic has now confirmed that Fairway casino have paid the balance and as such this issue will now be marked as 'Resolved'.
I'm not adding the recovered funds to our total as I don't feel it was my intervention that made the difference in this case.

There should be both an 'Other' and a 'ThePOGG' options for any future issues where we don't list the casinos.
I'll get in contact with Fairway casino and see what I can find out. This is Easter weekend so I'd expect there to be a delay before you hear anything.
