Player's Complaint
I did suffer from depression and that I lost my mother yet somehow I losted £30,000 to gala Bingo and I never won any money I have spoken to them but they won't listen and have shut my account down I have been trying to get my money back as they allowed me to lose this much and I didt know how much I had spent in 1 year .

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
