Found for the Player - Grand Reef casino have strung us along for months, failed to meet payment promises and are now non-communicative. This is happening across a large number of complaints totalling to hundreds of thousands in value - we consider this group VERY high risk for players.

On the 19 of januray 2017 i won a progressive jackpot of $256.000.00 on the sweet party slot i contacted the casino support by there nz phone number and was quickly fowarded to [EDIT] the "pitboss"and was told i had sent in all relavent docs so all i had to do was request a withdrall so i did the maximum withdrall amount to skrill was $100.000.00 so i made two $100.000.00 and 1 of $50.000.00 and left $6000 in my grandreef account to play with witch after ages were declined since then iv made hundreds ofwithdrawall requests of verious amounts that have all been cancled and put back into my grandreef account iv contacted support on line and by phone hundreds of times aswell and have just been givin the run around by being told they have escalated it to the finance team and they will be intouch when they hear from them iv still got 215.000.00 in my account as have played the rest.please help
Hi have you heard of any withdrawals being draged out for over a year with no apperant reason?im at wits trying to get answers so im willing to try anything.where do i stand legally and do you know anyone i can contact that may be able to help? Cheers

Unfortunately we're aware of far worse cases than a year. The group you've chosen to play with actively implement policies that seem intended to frustrate players into losing their balance before it's paid.
Coincidentally the rep for this group got back in contact yesterday so I'll pass your complaint along and see what we can do.

Unfortunately we've got seven different players all complaining about this group and over the course of the last 5 months we've been unable to make any significant progress with any of them.
The sad reality here is that we don't feel that our interventions are making any difference at this point and given that one of the complainants has been waiting on payment since January 2017 (!!!) and the operator's rep has not provided any explanation for the hold up of any of these payments - in fact we haven't had any new information on any of these complaints in over 6 weeks - we have no choice but to conclude that this operator is either struggling to meet its payment obligations or simply does not intend to pay.
At this point a warning has to be issued to other players about this group.
I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help this issue and if the operator do come back to us I'll ensure you are informed asap.

Before we go any further you need to be aware that Grand Reef are part of a group that are notorious for slow payment issues and at the present time they are non-responsive to complaints coming in via this service. I'll be happy to try and contact them about this issue but you need to understand in advance that the chances of success are slim.
