Good. They have the right to deny me bonuses. But the casino refuses to download the software to my personal computer. I can't understand why? This is no longer a quality service. Since the downloadable version is available to everyone.

They do not have to do anything for you. Full stop. They can reject your custom entirely if that's what they wish to do.

If you're unhappy, we would suggest choosing an alternative operator to play with.

I am not asking you to do something for me personally. I only ask for what is written on their website. What any user who is registered in this casino uses. Or is it not, or are all their promotions lodges, and are intended to attract users to further deceive? Then this is already a clear fraud
and someone should pay attention to this.

Unless the operator are enticing you in with a bonus, then refusing to either give you the bonus or refund your deposit there's nothing that could be consider fraud here. 

I've been very clear - you have no right to demand access to anything. If the operator does not want to give you specifically promotions, they don't have to. If they do not want you using their download software, that's there right.

I'm sorry you are unsatisfied with this response but as you have been told already there is nothing further we can do to help you.

Hi. Support for adobe flash player is over. Most of the games are no longer available for playing in the browser. Games are only available in download version. Why can't I just use this service? How am I different from other gamers?

As we have stated repeatedly, there is nothing we can do to help you. The operator are entirely within their rights to simply not want you as a customer.

Because of this, I am practically limited in receiving bonuses. There is no opportunity to participate in tournaments that are held as part of the casino promotions. Kazakhstan is an accepted country. There are no restrictions on receiving bonuses for my country. However, the casino does not want to allow me to participate in these promotions. Removes my VIP status. Removes the bonuses that the system calculates for my game and my deposits. I ask you to help me in this matter.
