Player's Complaint

I was playing welcome bonus of Hellocasino 5.2.2021. I made a deposit of 100 euros and got 100 euros bonus for the casino. I played Razor Shark and I got 1200 euros winning after wagering.

The casino has asked the basic documents for account verification. I have sent those. I have even sent the official bank statement. And now the casino is asking the official bank statements of my other bank account?? How is that possible? Doesn’t they have even justified to ask that?

The casino has MGA -license and they are acting like this. I know that I have not broke any rules and they are only kidding with me!

Hi bore,

You will need to show how you came to own the money in the first account and show the transfer of those funds to the second account that you used to deposit to the operator. This is a standard source of wealth check and you need to be able to demonstrate how you came to own the specific funds that were used in the casino.
