Confiscated my winnings of 12,500 saying a breach of maximum bet placed while on bonus but this was won off 200 that i reveresed from a previous 4000 leaving 3800 then took everything and credited me back my 10 deposit on my transaction history it does not display my bets placed just amount won and balance

I've reviewed your play/transaction history in detail with Hello Casino.
On the 29th of April at 20:15:11 server time you deposited 10NZD and received a bonus of 10NZD. This came with a wagering requirement of 35x(deposit+bonus) (700NZD).
You then started wagering. By 21:04:13 you had completed 383.05NZD of wagering and you hit a significant win from a 3NZD bet of ~$800. At this point you increased your wager to $6. As the wagering requirement had not been completed at this point this bet (and the continued wagering at this level after this point) violated bonus terms and invalidated the bonus contract.
From this point on you are then wagering with void funds, meaning that the wagers are void. The funds that you are contesting are all derived from this void bonus play. While there were several withdrawals and withdrawal reversals, these funds all derived from this initial bonus where the term violation occurred. As such there are no grounds on which to contest this balance being voided.
