I sent my documents for verifying my account and they said that I will get an response in 24 hrs. They promised that handling documents takes max 48 hrs. Now both of those times passed and I have heard nothing from them until I asked about this in live chat. The person I was talking to told that it can take 10 DAYS. They are lying all the time and I'm sure they will not accept my withdrawal. I was playing fairly and the casino keeps lying to me and acting unprofessionally. This casino is not doing things like they should be. At first they didnt even inform me at all that they need any documents from me. I even checked the spam folder from my e-mail - nothing from them. [EDIT] delaying the process which should take max 24 hrs. It has now been 5 days since I made the withdrawal. Please help me because there is nothing I could do anymore.
