Player's Complaint

I have been a regular depositer for some time and I won 350. My account has been verified etc. Now they are saying some deposits are not coming from GB which they have through my PayPal account. I've sent all my PayPal transactions through to them, but there just making up excuses saying I have to wait for them to be reviewed. This has been going on all week. I've received no reply from the accounts team. I'm starting to think they just don't want to pay out.

The operator said that they had not received my email at first until I said I received an automated message to say the accounts team have received it. They said please wait 48 hours for a response which I did and still nothing. So I again contacted them again and they are saying my email wasn't sufficient enough. So I then sent all of my transactions to them and I've still not heard back. My account has been verified so I can't understand why there doing this.

This was the original email sent to me.

-We see that your account is registered in GB and we notice that all activity is not coming from the same location.   Please advise us as to why this is so we may note your account accordingly for you.   Kind Regards Accounts Team

All of my transactions have come from GB from my PayPal account. It seems there making up excuses not to pay.

Hi brysmum84,

Thank you for your emails.

The operator is directly asking you why your account activity is being registered as coming from somewhere other than the UK. Given that all internet traffic can record the geographic location that it originates from, the operator will need you to explain why this is happening before your account can be fully verified. Paypal can be used anywhere in the world, so a list of these transactions would not explain away the geolocation of your activity.

Why is your account being shown as accessing from locations other than the UK?
