Hi, I write this complaint regarding my treatment from They have closed my account and frozen funds based on "11.d. Account and retain all the remaining funds in the Account where LV BET has reasonable belief that a player committed/attempted to commit/ was involved in proceedings leading towards potential fraudulent activity or otherwise advised on fraudulent activity to third-party-player/s or hacked or accessed otherwise unlawfully third-party players’ Account for the purpose of alleged fraudulent activity or otherwise. Such activity could involve inter alia, organised betting, use of stolen or falsified debit cards or Account numbers, forgery, collusion and submission of data or documents which are forged, stolen or otherwise misappropriated."

I rejected these claims at the strongest. I dont recognize that I have breached this term. I will not let them smear my name and say that I cheat, scam or hack. I have sent lvbet proof of idenity, proof of adress, proof of wealth and proof of income. All to prove the authencity of my account. I have even offered to meet in a skype interveiw after they came with their "11.d claim". They rejected it. As they have done since I started betting with them in the spring of 2021. I have not placed a bet with lvbet since May/June 2021, but it took them 8 months, 50 emails and countless hours of me sending the strangest documents, before 09.03.2022, to say that I breached 11.d. I know I have done nothing wrong, but this should show their logic is incoherent. My experience with lvbet is that they have been unprofessional in their demands of verification, but I have always sent them the requested documents even though I have been reluctant. Now they have built a case on what is at best a misunderstanding. I will attach all email correspondence for you to see.

Some things that might be relevant for you to know. I placed bets on international leagues such as Europa League, Copa Libertadores and Champions League. I deposited 96 500 nok at lvbet with ecopayz. As proof of income I have given them my income stream of 144 000 nok a year from the scolarship and winnings at other casinos worth 350 000nok ( I can prove more and are still willing complete the verification of my account). In other words, I can back up my 96 500 nok deposit at lvbet.

They have frozen 296 000 nok (about 29 000 euro) in my account. I have not been payed a single cent of my funds. I feel powerless and lvbet does not come to reason. I therefore contact you to recover my funds. I look forward to your response.
