Hi created an account with your username [EDIT]

started playing on your side put in lots of money in the hope that my money would be safe with you as I said started playing won money when I would then withdraw the money I fought and won my account will be blocked get sad and angry wonder why then say your support that I previously have an account in my name that I neither play on nor remember that I had you take all my money I deposited plus all the profit money I had in my account over 100 euros I get back 20 euros this is disaster has no link to the other account really do not remember that I had a second account then registered this [EDIT] account everything I have lost now because of this have not received any warnings that there was another account in my name has deposited money after money without warnings

because you took all my money I feel very bad this money I would take out to use to survive

I feel really bad that you refuse to change the decision and I get my winnings back

I had no idea if the other account in my name has not received any warnings either

please this has ruined my everyday life fought hard for the money I won then you take everything away from me

they really took all the money I had won as well as all the deposits I had made. so got rid of 500-600 euros
