Player's Complaint

I am complaining not as the player but as the Person who’s wallet was used to deposit. My husband has an account but used my muchbetter account to deposit £1100 yesterday. Lv sent him an email to say they could see that it was someone else’s account only after they allowed £1100 of deposits to go through! They said it was terms and conditions violation to use a 3rd party account but if I were to send in my own ID along with him then the account would remain open. I do not want this and I want my money returned to my own much better account which I didn’t even use myself! They are refusing and not helping

If you are claiming that your husband used your payment method without permission this is a question of fraud and beyond the competence of this service to manage. You need to contact your local law enforcement agency and your payment provider to review this issue.
