Resolved - Another slow pay issue at Mermaid's Palace has been resolved and the player has received their full balance.
Player's Complaint
On June 2014 I won some money in the casino I went thru all the paperwork phone calls and emails required..I was supposed to get 318.00 by mail I have not received this to date.....I have spoken to numerous people online and on the telephone..the same response..first was told the servers were giving them problems then I was told they would transfer the money back to the card we used...I am at my wits end...3 months is an awfully long time to be waiting now emails are not being answered please help me....email [EDIT] is sign in name......if this matter can be cleared up I would be thankful.... cordially [EDIT]

I'll contact Mermaid's Palace and see what I can find out. I will say in advance that these sort of payment delays aren't uncommon amongst this particular group so I would expect you to receive your funds eventually.
