This service is here to resolve disputes between consumers and operators - i.e. situations where the operator is actively taking a position of refusing to payout where the player feels they are entitled to be paid. We are NOT here to serve as front line customer support for any operator.

It has an automated questionaire to direct you to relevant information that once completed allows you to request to be forwarded to an agent to discuss other problems. it's like I said before, on a losing game with a 10-20 bet, all but 0.4 cents of the unsettled balance of €436 is gone with it. I was totally shocked and contacted them on December 18th. 22 in an e-mail my complaint to N1 and when 3 days later still no one had answered, then to her.

"We have reviewed the gameplay of the player and cannot find anything unusual, apart from a few rounds towards the end of the session that have been declined. The reason why these are declined, could be due to the fact that the player didn't have enough balance to place the bet, however that must be investigated internally as the bets are declined from the native system, we have no interest in declining players' bets. Please refer to the attached file.

Players must check that the denomination of the bets are in line with what they selection is before they place the bet, we do not control players' bets. The game has been tested on our end and functions as expected.

We are not aware of the game being disturbed and interrupted, and we do not necessarily understand what the player means by that, please elaborate if you require further assistance. Do they get an error message while playing? If so, what was it? If they lost their internet connection, the game does not alter the results, the bets are played in the background and once the plyers reconnect, the animation will continue from where it left before disconnecting."

Furthermore, the software provider has verified that the game play history accurately reflects the results recorded on their servers.

Not in real life, otherwise I wouldn't have gone down this path of complaint after all!
The problem is I can see the last 50 transactions but without proof of credit it is of no use to me. Because without that, I would have to see the entire course of the game and how to explain, as I have often described, that was repeatedly displayed during individual bets: stake over €500, too high and I had to lower the stake for more than 5 bets, change . How can that be when, as you say, I only bet between €0.50 and €45.50 per game.
I played from €700 down to €436 with the known game disruptions, that's right, but then lost €435.96 with a bet (bet fee?) or what? No, I'm not making that up!
Something is not right, the last half hour with proof of credit per game, that would clarify it for sure, but that's probably not possible, so we need the complete game history to be able to understand it.
 Because otherwise you would have to compare the credit with the stakes.

You should at least have proof of the bets during the game that were said to be over €500 and were therefore not accepted even though I didn't play over €45.50 per bet! A manager admitted that this was the case during the first support session, but he didn't go into it any further.

Didn't just disappear,...? In fact, this bankroll was played between 4:23 PM server time and 5:09 PM - almost 45 minutes - with stakes varying between €0.50 and €45.50/spin. (Your Annotation)
If this is as they were told then how can I bet a total of €318 with €0.04 between 17:46 and 18:09 and lose a total of €165, the highest bet being €42 with no bet Fee calculated these are the last 50 Tranz actions in the course of the game that I can see, someone has to explain that to me now, I'm really excited!
