Declined - This player is contesting the validity of transactions on their payment method. They need to do this by contacting their payment provider and local police.
Read our O'Reels Casino Review.
On the 31st January I made my first $30 deposit onto the EMU CASINO website as I thought it was a trusted website which was accessed through an advertised post on Facebook. Funds from my credit card started to flow out with no authorisation to do so. I noticed these transactions after my bank sent me a message stating ill be getting card a cash advance fee cause it’s a gambling website.
I soon contacted the company and they insisted to commit to an investigation. The investigation was unresponsive for weeks until I had to go back online and email them. [EDIT] came back with the response that ‘we will not go on with your request and issue you a refund’.
I tried to get an answer as to why for many months until recently one team manager emailed me saying that I authorised the transactions which I clearly didn’t. there were 8 deposits in total and the time of these deposits and funds of way over my initial deposit do not match up.
The total of the deposits was $1700 and I’m arguing for a full refund.

Hi acekingq2 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If you are contesting the validity of transactions on your payment account you need to contact your payment provider and your local police. This is an accusation of a crime and beyond the remit of this service.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
