Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

PaddyPower offer a promotion of free spins for new customers. I signed up, used those free spins and won £7.24.

I then took my winnings of £7.24 and made a few bets on their Roulette game. Bringing my winnings up to £10.04.

PaddyPower offer a withdrawal through giftcard service.

I took my winnings of £10 and selected to redeem them for a £20 gift card which could be used at ASDA.

At this point I recieved an email stating that my account had been closed and my funds withheld.

I immediately contacted customer service.
