Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Party to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

PartyCasino Closed my account without warning and confiscated my funds. I have sent them all the ID they have requested including photos of my debit card, my ID, a selfie of me holding my ID and proof of address and they still refuse to payout. Bwin and Sporting Bet from the same group also closed my accounts at the same time. Can you help? thanks, [EDIT]

Hi, yes I submitted debit card photo, front and back, proof of address (less than 3 months old) a scan of my ID and a pic of me holding my id next to my face. I received no reply after that. Thanks

Hi bloombloom,

Sadly Party Casino have informed us that they "cannot" discuss this issue with our service. That is not factually accurate. There are no legal or regulatory barriers that would prevent them from addressing the complaint appropriately. This is an internal policy decision rather than an external barrier.

All we could suggest is that you contact the operator's ADR eCOGRA.
