Player's Complaint
I self excluded from gala which is part of GVC but i was allowed to open an account with Party casino and deposit.

What about Foxy Bingo and Sportingbet as i excluded from them too.
Ive contacted Foxy and i self excluded in jan 2015.
Party have said from jan 2015 to 2017 i deposited approx £1,300

Foxy Bingo were previously owned by the GVC group, but they are currently operated by Cassava Enterprises (888) and having checked the records were owned by 888 at the start of January 2015. Your self-exclusion there would only apply to other 888 owned properties.
The Sportingbet self-exclusion may be applicable but I'd need to know when this was applied.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do the help you in this instance. For the time being Gala casino are still being run on their own license. The UKGC license requirements only currently require operators to carry over self-exclusions to other properties on the same license. As such your exclusion at Gala would not carry over to Party casino.
