I made 3 deposits totaling $500 and accepted the bonuses. I lost my money and the bonus money. I had 50 free spins left to play. these 50 spins were included in the first deposit bonus. I played the free spins and ended up with $43.53. To be able to make a withdrawal, I had to wager that amount 40 times. (1741.20$) I completed wagering with over $2500.00. suddenly i saw that my amount is gone, only $112.50 remained.
 I went on the chatt to settle the situation but without success. They say that the winnings obtained with the free spins winnings are part of the free spins result.
 Here is the extract of the free spins terms and conditions: "Maximum win resulting from first deposit Free Spins is 50 EUR/USD, 80 CAD/NZD, 500 NOK, 3,500 RUB, 210 PLN, 6,000 JPY, 21,000 KZT, 4,300 INR."
 My Winning that resulted from free spins is $43.53 the Wagering is 40 times
 If needed I have a screenshot it says exactly. “First deposit free spins result 43.53$”
 During the wagering, I had a jackpot that went up to $2900.00. this 2900 is not the result of the free spins, it is the result of the amount won with the free spins.
 Their bonus conditions say: To wager the bonus/Free Spin result, you need to make bets for an amount 40 times the bonus/Free Spin result amount.
 If I follow their logic, the $2900 is part of the free spins result. that would mean I have to bet 40 times that amount to be able to withdraw $80 over $116,000.00 wagering!
 Their terms are unclear. I have been playing online casinos for 7 years and before accepting a bonus, I will always read the bonus conditions.
