I want also to know how many books I have collected a Book of 99 slot games? If I have collected them, do I want to receive a refund? I have previously played a Book of 99 slot games. I have been Platinum status in Platinclub when I took part of this 10 % Weekly Cashback offer.

It is unfair to cancel an offer after I have already participated and lost that money.

I have filed a complaint with the official ADR service eCOGRA. eCOGRA the decision was Invalid. The consumers account is closed and as per the operators terms and conditions, you lose your VIP status and all associated benefits of Platinclub.
