Slots Cafe - casino refuses welcome bonus

i deposited friday and yesterday they still dod not manage to credit my 100 procent

bonus.

they where still saying deparment was investigating such a simple thing more then 2 days?

the reason they are not aware of thepogg offers even that they are on the deposit quarentee page is a shame.

i decided that they can keep their bonus and closed my account permanently wich they refused!

a max of 5 years was only possible wichis against the rules?

i have screenshot proof that they refuse permanent closure.

based on thqt they arennot aware of your 100 procent offer ans after telling them and giving links they are not able to credit the bonus within 2 days and refusing permanent closure should be a trigger maybe to check if this casino still should be recommended since i think this is totally unacceptable

Firstly - you still have not told us who you are complaining about. Is it Slots Cafe or Cafe Casino?

Secondly - if this issue has only been going on for a couple of days you need to be patient and allow the operator a reasonable period of time to review and address the issue prior to seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute resolution service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 18th of October let us know and we'll contact the operator for you.

its cafe casino.

the crooks still refused to give me my bonus where i deposited for.

Because of that i hate crooks i asked to closed my account permanently, they refused many times

After that i became so pissed off i used verry bad words at them, after that they decided to close my account permanently because then it suddenly is no problem???

What???

So only way to get permanent closure at these crooks is to tell them how you really think about them.

They are still on the deposit quarentee page wich is a shame since they refused to give me the bonus 100 procent on top of first deposit wich clearly is offered.

the fact that they are not aware and not capable of checking is a shame.

If you have engaged in abusive behaviour towards the operator we will not defend your case.

You are an adult and expected to conduct yourself in an appropriate and acceptable manner. No-one deserves to be abused simply for performing their job. That is entirely unacceptable on every level and the operator are entirely within their rights to discontinue any interactions with you.

For the record, Cafe Casino are not and never have been on our Deposit Guarantee list.
