I've spoken to Slots Heaven about this issue.

They've informed me that the following payments have been made to you:

€188.83 which is equivalent to $200 (€178.83) + his €10 deposit.

which would be in line with their policy on No Deposit Bonuses;

13.17 Players' winnings from No Deposit Bonuses can only be withdrawn following completion of wagering and successful deposit via their preferred available withdrawal method. If this deposit is not made within 7 days of your last game session, then these winnings will be cleared from your player account less the maximum withdrawal amount you are entitled to under the terms of the specific promotion, which in any event shall not be more than $200.

Your complaint seems to suggest that you've only received the €10 back. If this is the case I would ask you to provide a screen shot of the payment method you used showing the €10 deposit and the payment of the €10 back to you account. You can send this to [email protected]
