Found for the Player - Slots Inferno have again failed to offer any response to this complaint. This is the single most complained about group with our service.

In September I won 5500 from Slots Inferno and it has been 6 months of ongoing lies about when I am going to receive my winnings. I have given them all the necessary docs. and do not know what to do next. please advise and help if you can. Thank you.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that is unlicensed, non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service and that is well known for this type of issue. I will contact the operator to see if we can find out anything for you, but you need to understand from the outset that the likelihood of success is low.

Hi mhallpga,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Slots Inferno regarding this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. At this point I have no reasonable expectation of that situation changing.

As Slots Inferno do not hold any gambling license to speak of I cannot even refer you to another body to escalate your claim.

I'm sorry we could not be of more help in this instance.
