Player's Complaint

I won $33000.00 at Spin Palace Casino playing on my mobile. Once i won the money, i phoned them up immediatly and informed them of the win and told them id like to withdraw the winnings, they took all my banking details etc and congratulated me on my win, after 48 hours and 2 further phone calls I was reassured on each occasion everything was ok for the transfer of $33000.00 to go ahead to my nominated bank account on Monday morning. I have recorded each phone call i made to the casino, including the initial phone call I made to report to casino staff of my win and my withdrawel request. I also have screen shots of my balance which clearly displays $33000.00 in my cash balance, I had met all wagering requirements and was entitled to my winnings.

On the day the transfer was due to be made by the casino to my bank account, the lead me to believe they had transferred my winnings right up until the moment they could not hide the fact they had no intention of paying out my winning, in a split second they operator, changed his mind from the transfer being made to saying to me , oh wait a second, it actually says here that you are only entitled to 6 time the amount of your initial first deposit and that im only entitled to $150 and that this money has been transferred to your nominated account, the other $32850,00 will be forfeited to the casino. I was in complete shock, and immediatly became distraught and now suffering from major depression, anxiety and am suicidal. I feel like all hope has been completley stripped from me.

This is kind if conduct is highly unethical and unjust. It has caused me a great deal of stress and angst. I won fair and they simply wont pay. Please help.

Unfortunately there's nothing we could do to help you in this instance. Spin Palace casino carry the following term:

7. Where a New Customer Offer has been granted to you, once all stipulated wagering requirements have been met, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of Spin Casino management. Note: Progressive Jackpot wins are exempt from this clause.

You've agreed to that term at the point you signed up. While I personally don't particularly like these max win type terms, they are clear so there's nothing that can be challenged about them.

I understand how frustrating this situation must be, but the casino are within their rights to void the win.
