Player's Complaint
I was only able to transfer to my Ecopayz account, small values like R$ 1,000, but when I tried to transfer large values like R$ 4,300, my account was blocked and it has been almost 1 month since I am trying to recover the money.
They are saying that my account was blocked because i did a self-exclusion , but i wonder how could i transfer money from my bank account to casino if my Account was self-excluded?
