Player's Complaint

I was playing "Wanted Outlaws" I believed i won a major jackpot of around $99962.00 AU including my original stake, i continued playing the game until i had a total of $103029.75 AU then i left same current session "Wanted Outlaws" to go to the lobby to withdraw the money and it disappeared and left me with my original stake.

I contacted the online chat help and asked to what had happened and they said i would have to look into my session history for that game, i waited and to this day there has been no session history for that game .. and yet i have photo screenshots from my tv showing various stages of me playing with the amounts and that game session..i have approached spin palace on numerous occasions and emails and they are not in any way being helpful..i have asked how to talk or correspond with the management of spin palace and was told this is not possible ... i have asked for copies of my session history and told i could not have them... it is a large amount of money and i would like to know whats going on..???

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
