Player's Complaint

I won $2000 from Spin palace casino and do not want to pay because I use another card to make a deposit that was not registered to my account. This took palace on an a previous occasion. But when I had won $2000 I used a pay safe to make the deposit so i don't see how they can justify there actions

Unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to do anything to help you in this instance. Spin Palace are part of a group that are both negatively listed and who have been routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are slim.
