I blocked my self from Euslot.com some days ago and was in contact with the support, told them im a gmbling addict and they ban me ofcourese. I then ysterday registed and played on Spinia.com and ofcourse lost.. I now was in contact with them as i see that they and euslot are under the smae licens adn i should not been able to register or play on the site because of my ban of gambling addiction on Euslot. They just ignore me and the chat even said to me that they go under the same licens but diffrent companies and can not refund me? On both Spinia.com and Euslot.com it says this on the site! : WHAT IS SELF-EXCLUSION?

She in the support chat even said to me that if it ould have been a chain-casion as bobcasino.com or betchard.com i should not been able to play and get my refund, but theese all casinos goes under THE SAME LICENCE so they just lie to me and stop talking to me in the support. Can you help me?

I also took another name when talking to the support because they did not answer me no more and this is the conversation there: [EDIT] Hello. How may I help you? [EDIT] Hey [EDIT] i just wonder if i can register and play on you casino? I did a self exclusion on Euslot some days ago and just wonder if i can play here or are you under the same licence? [EDIT] If the licence is the same, I am afraid you won't be able to play here. Have you already registered here as well? [EDIT] yeah they go under the n1 licence and so do you right? Yes i will confirm it when i receive the refunds.. But i like to say this to you that they totally denied me at the start and that the chatt even stop talking to me and said that the decision was finale that i don't receive any refunds. But i wrote to them like 10 times explaining the situation and now finally they will refund med:). I type here when i receive the money:)
