Turbico - Casino refuse to pay me out


Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I have won 6700 EUROS and Turbico mailed me after approving my account that I have violate the rules, because I played with more then 5 EURO. The Gold Wolf machine allowed me. After 9 hours playing I decided to cash out, they mailed me that all my winnings have been confiscated. So they left me with nothing. Please help!!!

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. When you accept a bonus you are agreeing to abide by certain restrictions in order to receive an incentive. If you have claimed a bonus and then breached the maximum allowed bet term the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.

I understand the T&C of an online casino, but they delete my game history so I cant proof it. I have proof but they delete it.

Its really said story you just believe the casino that does not provide any proof.

Hi caner1981,

So you are now asserting that you did not violate the maximum allowed bet term? You were clear in your complaint: "because I played with more than 5 EURO". We can get your game longs - that's never an issue and nothing is ever deleted - but if you know you have place wagers greater than 5 euros the outcome will be exactly the same.
