Player's Complaint

Hello, I would like to complain about this casino on the grounds that I won money from free spins that I was supposed to have withdrawable after verifying my account and making a deposit (which is completely logical and understandable for me). I made a turn, verified the account, I made the required minimum deposit, then the withdrawal methods and bank account disappeared, and the Neosurf payment method from which I made the deposit disappeared. The payment department does not want to order this withdrawal manually where it has such an option. there are no new replies they keep writing the same that they are working on it Since they are working and nothing new about this there is no new news or anything like that I think it is a scam and they are trying to get me to lose money as proof I will add screenshots which confirm that I have made a deposit and the one that shows that I do not have any withdrawal methods available. Please help me solve this matter.
