United Commissions - Non-payment affiliate commission

Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and United Commissions have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint

Essentially no payment of affiliate commission owing as of 30 September. The rep who I had on Skype left, the e-mail address for United Commissions ignores me and the other e-mail provided in the affiliate account bounces. Normally aff progs will e-mail you when you get a new aff manager, or when one leaves. Alas nothing here, so have no point of contact. I am owed £320 in CPA money for Klasino and about £90 other commission from their other brands Sin Spins and Jungle Reels. Having earned more than this in October too, I fear this won't be paid in November when it becomes due either. I could likely have sorted this out myself with a rep if they had one, or would answer my e-mails. I hope you can get somebody to speak to you, as I have failed. This is bad since they are part of the Rank Group, would have at least expected a reply, a working e-mail address in the account and notification of a new rep! Thanks D
