Player's Complaint
Yeticasino got my complaint about round played in Tome of Madness slot. Game did again same cheat and skipped effects that should be activated in different situations in round. I had luck and I recorded gameplay when this round came. I send log and Youtube-link to Yeti and told that Play'n GO usually lies these investigations. That happened this time too.
When requesting proves how they did decisions about round against instructions were normal operation i got answer where told that "checked twice, result ok"... Not that what I asked... "HOW!?"
I understand that it is hard to prove things different how they were recorded earlier...
SO, they decided put proveless lies to players fault and closed account to Yeticasino.
Believe or not.. that was SEVENTH account removal and next prove for upcoming round is FIRST.
Did you know that provider says how rounds go, not video or game log!!!!! Yeticasino told that they are not allowed to override decisions. [EDIT]
