The 100 Joker Staxx Ways game can be found at casinos offering Playson software. Playson are an established online gaming provider that have an impressive array of clients. Their games can most often be found as an addition to a larger primary gaming platform provider. Playson as a standard now publish the slots house edge information of all their games at any online casino that holds a UKGC license (this is a requirement for all UKGC licensed casinos.) As such we can say that the House Edge for 100 Joker Staxx is 3.52%.
100 Joker Staxx is a 5 reel game that is 4 symbols high. The game uses 100 standard paylines, playing from left to right.
Wilds – The Wild symbol is the “Joker”, substituting for all symbols other than Scatters.
Scatters – The “Gold Star” is the game’s Scatter symbol, meaning it will pay out regardless of paylines if you can land 3 or more of them anywhere on the reels on a single spin. The “Gold Star” also happens to be the game’s most valuable symbol. 3 will earn you 4 times the bet, 4 will earn you 20 times the bet and 5 will earn you 200 times the bet.
As slots games go you are going to struggle to find anything as simple as any of the Fruits and Joker series that Playson keep on churning out. What impresses me the most is that they have the imagination to continue coming up with new ways to package the same game. If you’ve played a game from the Fruits and Jokers canon before then you’ll have seen all of these symbols before. You’ll have seen the reels before, the background before, the…well, there’s not really much left to draw comparisons with. There are literally no features to mention. I’m sorry, wilds and scatters do not count. So, all you have here to distinguish this game from all the others in the series is the 100 paylines. The house edge is offering reasonable value here, but not enough to make up for the game’s other short-comings.
