Casinovo Casino was established in 2015 as part of the Dialinvest International N.V. Group and it is licensed by Curacao eGaming. They provide an extremely limited range of games from Betsoft, Endorphina and Microgaming. Their site features a black and brown colour theme with the ace of spades symbol tiled in charcoal grey as the background. They currently have no complaints logged at any of the major gambling portals.

Casinovo have word for word the same affiliate terms and conditions as many Rival run casino brands. These terms are distinctive and not used by non-Rival groups. This indicated that they've either copied a legal document from another operator or they have some connection with the groups run by Rival software. As such we would advise players choose an alternative casino to play with extreme caution.

In late 2016 Casinovo switched to the MYEG casino platform.

In the first half of 2015 one of the notable venues on this network experienced sustained issues processing player payments and repeatedly broke assurances of when payments would be made.

All the casinos in the group carry the following term;

Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided.

We consider the above term to be predatory. Players that either forget about their balance or have to renew ID are left with no recourse after 45 days. This term has been enforced in this manner previously.

In our November 2015 review we found a report of a MYEG casino operator passing their losses in a financial transaction (purchase of a competitor) on to a player, which is for obvious reason totally unacceptable.

During our November 2016 re-review we came across a significant number of player complaints about a MYEG operator at another portal that did not receive an answer.

The MYEG group later changed company name to Danguad Ltd and splintered off into various smaller sub-groups under different company names including Mountberg Ltd.

This collective of operators has fostered a very poor reputation with numerous highly contentious complaint issues that have seen player's out of pocket.

Casinovo appear to have left the platform that supports this group, but in doing so at least one of their players has been left short a significant sum of money. The operator claims the previous platform is responsible for the debts. That may be the case, but as far as we're concerned it is the brand that are ultimately responsible for ensuring the player is set right, be that out of their own pocket or the previous platform's.
