Ive had id and phone number confirmed for over a week but put in withdrawal request over two weeks ago but since confirming my phone number they have stopped replying to my emails and i also contacted live chat to be told ill be emailed when id is confirmed which i was emailed this had already been done

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

No i havent received payment and im still emailing them every day without reply they took my deposit so surely as they broke the rules to let me play from the uk so surely they have to pay out they are the ones breaking the rules as any other site i go on if it doesn't accept uk players you cant even register an account let alone make a deposit
